Isaiah Thomas is a very good comparison.

For those of you who dont know, this is the new I. Thomas, 5'8" guard from Washington. Drafted last year as the last pick in the draft. Started half this season for the Kings, and put up excellent numbers. Blur on the court, handle, makes the pass, can hit the three, athetic. Hes very similar to Phil.
Other short players of note in the NBA currently that actually play Will Bynum 5'10" for the Pistons, Earl Boykins 5'6" not sure where he is he got traded or something.
