Raise the stands using jacks.

Add seats where the track is by raising the whole thing. Penn State did it. I'd rather spend money adding good sideline seats (even if there's a few less of them) then more end zone seats. Plus, the concourses get expanded in the bargain.

Hydraulic jacks. Make it happen. Unless it costs a rediculous amount more than the alternatives. I honestly have no idea what it costs to raise a stadium.
