I believe Phil will play in the NBA

I just don't think he will be ready in a year, and if he starts trying to lead the team in scoring it will hurt the team. He's a true PG, and he makes everyone better, that is what draws NBA scouts, not his scoring. His job in college and the NBA will be to get good scorers easy shots.
