I am one to believe if Phil has an All=American type season and leads the nation in assists he definitely will leave Mu . Similar to what Isiah Thomas did at Washington. This is what I came up with. Similar in size , I think Phil is definitely a better ball , handler leaping ability is about even and Phil as a dad that will guide him to make the right decision. Probably not an NBA all-star , but he has the potential to be a late first round pick in the NBA. For the borderline athletes on that level the NBA( IS ALL ABOUT CONNECTIONS).
