If we took the bottom 4 teams in each of the 6 major conferences over a 5 year period and averaged the RSCI players on each team and then looked at wins per year and average NCAA wins per year, we could then be off to a decent start.

Of course, I'll wait for someone to do that analysis. ;)

Who are the bottom 4 teams we'd use from each conference?

My gut says that the B10 has the weakest talent in the bottom four teams but the best coaching. I'd think the SEC/Big East has the best talent but I do think the SEC would have the worst coaching even though the ACC is making a run at that worst coaching in the bottom four.
