that he'll be the go-to guy on their team.

Haith/Fuller could be pitching Mizzou as a great place to compete for a job and play with a bunch of other guys also looking for playing time. Pollard may not want to go somewhere where the team team comes first and everyone is playing so selflessly.

Again, not knocking Bama, but they may be looking for a guy to step up and be the one who is always looking to go to the basket.
