his comments on beat the press, where he praised bachman's analysis of the economic situation mother's (and many others) are facing. and he is of course a career democrat.

maybe not veep material but she was much stronger and more credible in this one important area than romney himself has been or most of the other repubs are most of the time. for reasons, btw, that are still mysterious, if not actually suspicious, to me.
