I do not know if the question was for me or Gadfly. he basically answered it . I am a little different I think that if they knew that the monetary problem was going to be an issue they should have done something a little different. This is where human nature comes in. The Southern European culture is slow to change and I think a little slothful, A nice place to go on vacation, however when it comes to running things timely and effective they are not Germans. Well we have no room to talk . We knew that we were going to be dependent on foreign oil since 1973. We knew that Deregulation of the banking system would lead to chaos. We knew that we were going down the wrong road with our Middle East Policy. We are not any better
