run HC system. Won't happen. It would require going back to when we DID have one, for that time period, and we won't do that. It requires getting 3rd parties like employers and gov't out of the system (except for certain obvious needs from gov't), getting lawyers out of the system, not bailing out hideously bad lifestyles, which contribute a HUGE amount of the HC costs today and which should never be subsidized by gov't, not spending a huge amount on end of life care, not having mandated coverages on insurance and getting back to more free market. No way we're doing any of that.
