so I would at least size him up and see how he is progressing, if he looks like he knows what he is doing then his name recognition in KC and the state as a whole could give an automatic boost to his recruiting efforts in MO that a more experienced guy from New Jersey or something might need awhile to cultivate. I'd look at Chris Carrawell for same reasons on the STL front, as he was also one who was expressing interest in being an assistant for Haith here.
