charged with brandishing. Or would have shot one of the bastards and gotten charged with the murder.

Hate to say it, but when you happen to go to a St. Patrick's Day celebration and the thugs want to take over, there isn't a lot you can do. Outside a courthouse no less.

And no coincidence it's captured on video--it was a planned attack on the first victim to happen by.
