and subsequent unregulated leveraged speculation in derivatives mkts

and credit default swaps by hedge funds and investment banks

and proprietary trading

that caused the financial crisis

and can be prevented with proper regulation

like we had in the 30s

that prevented major financial crises for over 50 years
