I had VERY slim hopes...which are now obviously gone.
Conference baseball just isn't designed for a team to be able to win 12 straight. I don't care how hot a team is. The Tigers should have/needed to take a game or two this weekend. I'm so disappointed. I didn't feel this bad when they started 1-8 last year...
That being said, it can't be easy losing your Friday night starter before conference. I suppose any expectations should have been weathered a bit.
