Early 2000s SEC was clearly one of the top conferences.

It seems some of the SEC programs have fallen on hard times. Tennessee and Arkansas in particular are far below where they were. LSU made a Final 4 in 2006 but hasn't done much lately. Georgia is way down. There's unrealized potential in these programs.
