I guess my point is that KU and KSU recruit different players. Look at the instate kids from Kansas that have gone to KSU. Did they also have KU offers? KU recruits at a different level, not just the location.

And, Martin's primary recruiting base wasn't the state of Kansas and it wasn't because KU had those players locked up. It's because he could get better players elsewhere (Chicago, Florida, East Coast) and he had his own recruiting ties.

Weber will recruit Top 50-Top 150 kids from Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Indiana and hardly any of those kids will be on KU's radar.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
