that's the premise behind Hoosiers, remember? And that was based on historical fact. MU didn't play bad at all that game. Our shooting was similar to our season average, both 2 and 3 pt. We missed a couple of free throws we normally don't.
But NSU shot 25% above their season 3 pt average. They shot almost 14% above their season 2 pt average. They hit their free throws to keep them in the game, way above their season average until the last two minutes. It was their perfect storm. Our guys have nothing to hang their heads over. After NSU shot their wad against MU, they had nothing left against Florida and were on the wrong side of a 25-0 run to open the game.
