Are Texas kids choosing schools to play close to home, or to be in a major conference? As it stands, we are only playing 1 game every 6 years in Texas with the current schedule. Any inroads we got as a result of Texas going to the Pac 12 would also be capitalized on by other Pac 12 schools, Arkansas, OU, and others.

I guess what I'm saying is that it's a wash.
