What we know for a fact is that Zimmerman SHOT Trayvon after an altercation that we don't know who started; although, once again, the INDEPENDENT witness observes Trayvon on top of Zimmerman on the ground and there's physical evidence to back up both Zimmerman's and the witness' statement of being attacked.

now a good argument is that Trayvon had every right to stand his ground too. That is the case in a nutshell really.
