if it was maximizing revenue...were bleachers are now on bottom, I would build entirely black glassed in climate controlled club area which sold expensive alcohol drinks inside (out of publics view).
I would retrofit the area where the band used to sit and fence/wall off the area. That would be outside version of club, you can go inside club to drink liquor. Or sit above the glasses in area when your not drinking.
You probably would eliminate a few seats but be able to charge 2-3x as much as a normal ticket increasing revenue for future expansion.
