biggest gripe from season ticket base beyond glut of visitors will probably be whining from people that can't drink. I'm guessing a way around no pass outs is exempted areas. I don't have direct evidence of this, so will start out by pointing that out. But rumored areas like the suites, lodge area in suite tower, and maybe even terrace area will have specialized pass out privileges. These areas all share a private entrances.

I also think they will continue to expand the Terrace area over the coming years. The all inclusive nature of the area and special privileges will continue to get top dollar for tickets in a poor locations.

By allowing pass outs they also avoid liability of selling liquor themselves and the training involved with that.
