As long as both parties are happy with the price paid for tickets, then there is nothing wrong with the transaction. I can appreciate your desire to prevent people from being ripped off, but if I am willing to $300 above face for good tickets to the Big 12 Tournament, then you don't need to call the guy who wants to sell me those tickets a scalper. We are just two parties conducting a transaction. If I feel the other party's price is too high, I am free to negotiate or walk away.

So, please refrain from giving people looking to sell tickets a hard time for trying to make a profit on their tickets.
