an employee who does not perform. If that right is not being excercised by the powers to be, then that is not the fault of the other teachers.
Do you get to discipline your peers at work, or is that the job of management?
Who negotiates contracts? School Boards (management).
Who elects school boards...PARENTS.
In the big picture..Voters better start electing some administrators that will actually do their job if they want things to change.
Personally I think this is what is happening.. It is a big money grab...
