are not minding the store is that the fault of Teachers?

What is your argument here?

There is a well documented process to get rid of "bad" teachers. If school districts choose not to follow due process then that is NOT the fault of the 99% of teachers that are doing their job.... Please talk to the school board or administrator's of your local district if you need to point fingers somewhere...

Please explain why this message is being reported.
