It's actually very easy to remove a tenured teacher provided administrators know what they're doing. Second, teacher performance is based on a very clearly defined set of standards. Again, if administrators perform their duties properly, it's very clear when any teacher is not performing at the level expected by the district.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
