I appreciate artists that write their own music over those that don't. For instance, when Aerosmith came back in the 90s it was with a lot of shyt other people wrote. Like that song from Armagheddon. Lame.

That is why I've never been as big into country cause there are TONS of country artists that just have some guy in Nashville write their stuff then they go perform it. Doesn't impress me as much as an artist that does it all.
