both schools to agree that the rivalry is probably the best one in all of college basketball and that it's actually good for both programs to be involved in that. To say that conference affiliation has to be part of the equation is silly. You don't have to have conference implications to keep the hatred in this rivalry.

Having said all of that, I really don't care. If ku doesn't want to play, fine. See ya.
