WHERE HAS ANYBODY SAID WE'RE GETTING AN INCREASE OF $20 MILLION A YEAR?
I just can't take the misinformation spread around here! Alden's presentation to the board specifically mentioned they only expected to make between something like 1-4 million more a year in the SEC than the Big 12 and that is without factoring in the fact that the SEC has a brand new TV contract for Tier 1 and 2 and the Big 12's is set to receive a huge increase for Tier 1 in three years.
and before you say anything, NOWHERE have you ever seen anybody from the SEC or anybody else official even hint at redoing their Tier 1 and 2 contracts, that is an internet speculation that people made into fact somehow.
I get so annoyed when my fellow fans spread falsehoods so easily, it makes us look dumb. Thank god message board fans aren't our usual fans.
