If a simple bounce pass would have gotten the ball to the scorer WITHOUT a 360-no-look-behind-the head-double-Hamel-Camel; then do that.

MY coach told me "That dribbling behind your back is nice, and the girls love it, but when you bounce it off your heel you're going to be sitting next to me on the bench".
Fancy is nice, but if simple gets the job done, use simple.
