Statoil and Total

does anyone own these companies? If so is foreign tax withheld from the dividends? Thinking of opening a very small position in my Roth and dont want to pay taxes in a non-taxable account. I own CNI because I thought it was the best railroad and it chaps my a$$ that they withhold 15% from my dividend-pkuking socialists
