I'd like to see them too. I have some emergency fund type cash that I'd like to stick somewhere other than a savings account.

However, it's definitely important to point out that any ETF, stock, etc. could lose value.

If you absolutely don't want to risk losing some of the $30k, you should probably take a savings account or CD. Some banks offer pretty high interest rates on limited balances, so you might want to shop around for those special rates.
