They mentioned it during the draft last week.

The NIL policy change for college athletes took effect in the summer of 2021. The next year, 100 underclassmen entered the draft, down from 128 the previous year. That number dropped to 82 last year and tumbled again this year. -Apr 17, 2024

I looked it up. There were only 58 in this years draft.
